Welcome to BavarianBoy. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for booking our catering services. By making a booking or inquiry, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Company Information
BavarianBoy ("we", "us", or "our") is a UK-based catering company providing food and beverage services for private and corporate events across the United Kingdom.

2. Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

A formal quote will be provided outlining the services, menu, and pricing.

Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received (see below).

Final guest numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and include applicable VAT (if applicable).

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

Final balance must be paid 7 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment via SumUp and bank transfer.

Late payments may result in a cancellation or delay in service.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.

If cancellation occurs:

More than 30 days before the event: Deposit retained, balance refunded.

Less than 7 days: Up to 100% of the total fee may be charged depending on preparation already undertaken.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking in cases of force majeure (see section 9).
5. Dietary Requirements & Allergens

We will make every effort to accommodate dietary needs and allergies.

Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or special dietary requirements in writing in advance.

While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
6. Client Responsibilities

You must ensure appropriate facilities and access for our team on the event day (e.g. kitchen access, parking, etc.).

You are liable for any loss or damage caused to our equipment or staff by guests or third parties.

Any additional services requested on the day may incur additional charges.
7. Our Commitment

We commit to providing the agreed services on time and to the highest standard.

In the rare event of staff illness or supply issues, we will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable replacements.
8. Liability

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g. weather, traffic, strikes).

Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage resulting from food consumed after the event.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to): acts of God, pandemics, power outages, fire, flood, strikes, transport issues, or government restrictions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including menus, photos, and branding, is the intellectual property of [Your Business Name] and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
